Third Cousins Media: Are You Prospecting Or Waiting?
I just got a voicemail message from The Salvation Army! I am not a big fan of automated telemarketing calls but this one held my interest. We are accustomed to the "bell shakers" at the Malls during the holidays. That is what I think of when I think "Salvation Army". During these challenging economic times organizations have to get back to prospecting. The Salvation Army is flipping the script by inviting people to shop at their stores rather than just shaking a bell! I think it is GREAT. What do you think? Are you prospecting and gaining new customers. Or are you just waiting around hoping some will show up?
